Cancellation terms

These terms apply to Ad Runway management retainers with Attah Digital. Advertising spend paid directly to Meta or Google is governed by those platforms' billing terms.

Management retainer

• You may cancel your management retainer by giving 30 days written notice to admin@attahdigital.com.au.
• Notice is counted from the date we acknowledge your email. Your retainer remains active until the end of the notice period.
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Advertising spend

Media spend is billed by Meta and Google to your advertising accounts. Pausing or cancelling campaigns does not automatically cancel your Attah Digital retainer. Please send written notice as above.

After cancellation

• Advertising account ownership remains with you.
• We will complete reasonable handover of active campaign notes on request.
• Access to your client workspace may be limited after the notice period ends.
