• Website content we analyse to build your ads plan (public pages only).
• Payment and subscription data processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
• Usage data and funnel events when analytics is enabled.

How we use information

• Generate and deliver your personalised ads plan.
• Operate your client workspace, messaging, and asset uploads.
• Manage your retainer, billing, and campaign delivery.
• Improve Ad Runway (aggregated, non-sensitive analytics only).

Sharing

We use trusted processors including Supabase (data hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (plan generation), and analytics providers when configured. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We retain proposal and client records while your account is active and as required for tax, billing, and legal obligations.
