Ad Runway service terms

These terms apply to Ad Runway by Attah Digital (Ad Runway), operated by Attah Digital (https://www.attahdigital.com.au). By accepting a plan and paying a management retainer, you agree to these terms.

What you are purchasing

• A monthly management retainer for Meta, Google, or both — as described in your selected package.
• Advertising spend is separate and is paid directly to Meta and Google unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Your ads plan, projections, and creative previews are strategic recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of your advertising accounts and grant Attah Digital access to manage campaigns.
• Provide accurate business information and approve campaign assets before launch.
• Ensure your website, offers, and claims comply with applicable law and platform policies.

Our responsibilities

• Configure and manage campaigns according to your selected retainer package.
• Validate conversion tracking where included in your package.
• Provide reporting as described in your package inclusions.

No performance guarantee

Projected returns, ROAS figures, and revenue estimates shown in Ad Runway are illustrative benchmarks only. Actual results depend on your offer, market, budget, tracking, and platform performance.

Cancellation

See our cancellation terms. Management retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Attah Digital's liability is limited to the management fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for platform outages, account suspensions, or spend outside agreed guardrails.
